What is a DNS ?
The Domain Naming Service (DNS) is used to establish the correspondence between your site's domain name (e.g.: netim.fr) and the IP address where it is hosted (e.g.: 213.244.184.122) on the Internet.
A DNS server is therefore a machine that makes this correspondence possible. A domain name must have at least two different DNS servers: a primary one and a secondary one
If you already have a web hosting for your site, you can use those of your host. Otherwise, you can use ours in order to benefit from our free services including domain name parking.
The domain name parking ?
The purpose of this service is to display a page of courtesy or a waiting page to Internet users, avoiding an error message is displayed during visits to your site.
